  • - ABOUT US -

    Melchiore Buscemi MD has been a doctor since the 1970s. He began his medical career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Francis College in 1977 before graduating with an M.D. from State University of New York in 1983. During his college years with the Autonomous University, he engaged in clinical rotations at Wyckoff Heights Hospital and an externship at Queens' Hospital both located in New York City.

     

    Subsequently, Dr. Melchiore Buscemi became certified to practice medicine within New York state in 1984 after completing a residency program at a New York medical school for general surgery between 1984 and 1986. Following this, he acquired further specialization training through a three-year residency on urology at the University of Buffalo and Roswell Park Cancer Center back in Buffalo until 1989 when he moved to Lehigh Medical Center in Pennsylvania where he remained until 1991.

     

    That year marked the commencement of his journey to New Jersey where he joined Bridgeton Medical Center as a physician. He then shifted focus towards forming medical practices and working with hospitals such as Canton-Potsdam Hospital and Claxton plus Hepburn Medical Center upstate New York thereafter remaining here for the remainder of his career.
